Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was called by
Chairman Thom.
PRESENT: Mrs. Kaywood, Mr. Seymour, Mr. Pebley, Mr. Sneegas
and Mr. Thom.
ABSENT: None.
PRESENT: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Keith A. Murdoch.
CITY ATTORNEY: Alan R. Watts.
SECRETARY: Alona M. Hougard.
UTILITIES DIRECTOR: Gordon W. Hoyt.
FINANCE DIRECTOR: M. R. Ringer.
ASST. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIRECTOR:
ZONING SUPERVISOR: Charles Roberts.
PLANNING SUPERVISOR: Don McDaniel.

The special meeting was called to order by Mr. Thom,
Chairman. Notice of said meeting having been waived by all members
of the Agency.
AGREEMENT On motion by Mr. Seymour, seconded by Mr. Sneegas, the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency approved the terms and conditions,
and authorized the execution of a loan agreement in the amount
of $1,200,000.00 between the City and the Redevelopment Agency.
MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT Mr. Sneegas moved to adjourn. Mr. Seymour seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
