Ringer Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:00 P.M. MINUTES: On motion by Mr. Sneegas, seconded by Mr. Thom, the minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency adjourned regular meeting held January 14, 1975 and regular meeting held January 21, 1975, were approved. MOTION CARRIED. REPORT - FINANCIAL STATUS, ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY: Finance Director M. R. Ringer presented packets of information summarizing the financial status of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to the Agency Members. He explained that the information consists of the proposed budget for monies in the General Fund of the City (Account No. 100 -255): the Redevelopment Agency Budget as revised and recom- mended by the Redevelopment Commission and Redevelopment Director; a comparison of expenditures to date versus the revised budget; a synopsis of the current status of Project Alpha assessed evaluation as recently corrected by the County Tax Assessor, and its impact on tax increment funds. In connection with these documents, Mr. Ringer explained the reason for placing Redevelopment Agency staff salaries in the General Fund of the City is to permit these individuals to receive the same benefits as the remainder of City employees, the cost of which will be reimbursed with Agency funds. He further reported that the County Assessor's records currently estimate $1,500,000 in property taxes, which would give the Redevelopment Agency a potential bonding capac- ity of $10,000,000. The above listed materials were distributed to Agency Members for their information, and no action requested this date. JOINT MEETING - CITY COUNCIL /REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY - CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AND CODMU14ITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION: Redevelopment .Director Knowlton Fernald announced that he had made arrangements to hold the planned joint meeting of the City Council /Redevelopment Agency, City Planning Commission and Redevelopment Commission on Wednesday, February 12, 1975, 7:30 P.M.,in the Management Control Center, 114 South Claudina Street. The Agency Members indicated agreement. ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Sneegas moved to adjourn to Wednesday, February 12, 1975, 7:30 P.M. at the Management Control Center. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the motion.
