Chairman Thom called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Thom, minutes.of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency regular meetings held April 15 and May 6, 1975 and special
meetings held April 29 and May 6, 1975 were approved. Mr. Seymour and Mr. Sneegas
absent. MOTION CARRIED.
REPORT - ASSESSED VALUATION AND TAX DISTRIBUTIONS - PROJECT ALPHA: Mr. M. Ringer
submitted copies of a letter received from Mr. C. H. Krueger, Office of the
Orange County Auditor - Controller, together with a schedule of assessed valuations
and tax distributions indicating an increase in the value increment and consequent-
ly an under - distribution of current year unsecured taxes to the Agency. The re-
vised figure of unsecured tax apportionment for fiscal year 1974 -1975 is $2,384,813.
Mr. Ringer stated that these figures have been reviewed by the Redevelopment
Agency's financial consultant, John F. Gray, and he concurs with City Staff that
they are correct.
The information was submitted for information only. No further action was
taken by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
STRUCTURAL REPORT - CHARTRES RECREATION CENTER: Report from Mr. D. Van Dorpe,
Chief Building Inspector, regarding the structural integrity of the.Chartres
Recreation Center, 222 East Chartres Street, which concludes that the design
and construction are equivalent to that required by present building code and
the building is structurally sound, was ordered received and filed on motion
by Mrs: Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Thom. Mr. Seymour and Mr. Sneegas absent.
MOTION CARRIED.
Mr. Sneegas entered the Council Chamber. (1 :09 p.m.)
