Chairman Thom called the adjourned regular meeting of the Community Development
Commission to order at 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of sitting as the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
MINUTES On motion by Commissioner Kaywood, seconded by Commissioner Seymour,
minutes of the Anaheim Community Development Commission regular meeting held
July 15, 1975 were approved as corrected. Commissioners Pebley and Sneegas
absent. MOTION CARRIED.
I. ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY The following matters were considered by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency;
Commissioners Pebley and Sneegas entered the Council Chambers (1:03 p.m.)
SOLUTION NO CDC75 -37 - AWARD OF CONTRACT, W. 0. NO. 853, AIR CONDITIONING -
ARTRES- RECREATION CENTER In accordance with recommendations of the City
Engineer, Commissioner Kaywood offered Resolution No. CDC75 -37 for adoption.
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING A SEALED PROPOSAL AND AWARDING A CONTRACT TO
THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR THE FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT, LABOR,
SERVICES, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION, IN-
CLUDING POWER, FUEL AND WATER, AND PERFORMING ALL WORK NECESSARY TO CONSTRUCT
AND COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT: SENIOR CITIZENS' BUILDING
AIR CONDITIONING, 222 EAST CHARTRES STREET, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, WORK
ORDER NO. 853. (ARTIC REFRIGERATION & AIR OOiDITIONING INC., $50,000)

Chairman Thom declared Resolution No. CDC75 -37 duly passed and adopted.
ADJOURNMENT TO TUESDAY, JULY 29, 197 5: Mr. Ron Contreras requested that the
Community Development Commission adjourn this meeting to Tuesday, July 29, 1975,
to consider matters as the Anaheim Housing Authority.
There being no further business before the Anaheim Community Development
Commission, Chairman Thom entertained a motion to adjourn.
ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner Kaywood moved to adjourn to Tuesday, July 29 1975
