Chairman Pro Tem Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim
Community Development Commission to order at 1:00 P.M. for the
purpose of sitting as the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and Anaheim
Housing Authority.
I. ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY: The following matters were con-
sidered by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency:
MINUTES: On motion by Commissioner Seymour, seconded by
Commissioner Pebley, the Minutes of the regular meetings held July
1 and July 22, 1975 and adjourned regular meetings held July 8 and
July 29, 1975, were approved. Commissioners Kaywood and Thom
absent. MOTION CARRIED.
Commissioner Kaywood entered the Council Chamber. (1:02 P.M.)
RESOLUTION NO. CDC75 - 38 - AWARD OF CONTRACT, WORK ORDER NOS. 854
AND 746 -B: (Miraloma -Blue Gum Storm Drain Improvement) In response
to questions asked by the Commission regarding the apparent increase
in cost over original estimates, Mr. Maddox explained that two
factors contributed to this increase: The additional period of
time and attendant inflationary spiral; the fact that the line
