Ringer ZONING SUPERVISOR: Annika Santalahti Chairman Thom called the Regular Meeting of the Community Development Commission to order at 1:00 P.M. for the purpose of sitting as the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and the Anaheim Housing Authority. MINUTES On motion by Commissioner Kaywood, seconded by Commissioner Seymour, minutes of the Regular Meetings held September 16 and 23, 1975, and Adjourned Regular Meeting held September 9, 1975, were approved. Commissioner Sneegas absent. MOTION CARRIED. I. ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY The following matters were considered by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency: ORANGE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT - DRAFT AGREEMENT Redevelopment Director Knowlton Fernald referred to a draft agreement between the Redevelop- ment Agency and the Orange Unified School District (copies furnished each Commissioner), reporting that the Community Redevelopment Com- mission recommended approval thereof. In addition, a preliminary. site plan had been reviewed by the Community Development Commission. Commissioner Kaywood noted that the agreement specified that all plans and architectural renderings shall be reviewed by the Redevelop- ment Agency. Mr. Rudolph Landa, 1440 South State College Boulevard, represent- ing LeRoy Rose & Associates, Architects, advised that although the usual was to present complete plans, in this instance the construction was planned by phases, the site to be pre Graded and the structures to go out to bid, He referred to preliminary
