Roberts COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR: Knowlton Fernald Chairman Thom called the Regular Meeting of the Anaheim Community Development Commission to order at 1:00 P.M. for the purpose of sitting as the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and the Anaheim Housing Authority. MINUTES: Commissioner Thom moved that minutes of the Regular Meet- ings held April 13 and 20, 1976, be approved. Commissioner Kaywood seconded the motion. Commissioner Seymour absent. Commissioners Kott and Roth abstained. The motion failed to carry and was deferred to a time later in the meeting. REPORT- FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION: Demands against the Redevelopment Agency and the Housing Authority, in the amounts of $946.45 and $9,178.52, respectively, in accord- ance with the 1975 -76 Budget, were approved. (Commissioner Seymour entered the Council Chamber, 1:08 P.M.) RESOLUTION NO. CDC76 -14: On report and recommendation of the Deputy City Attorney, Commissioner Roth offered Resolution No. CDC76 -14 for adoption. (Authorized September 2, 1976, minute page 75 -84.) A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH CEDRIC A. WHITE, JR., TO ACT AS PROPERTY APPRAISER FOR THE COMMUN- ITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF. (Project Alpha) Roll Call. PROPOSED COMMUNITY MUSEUM Mr. Fernald reported that invitations have been issued by the Anaheim Cultural Arts Commission and the Horizons Committee of the Anaheim Bicentennial Celebration to various community groups to participate in a public forum May 13, 1976, 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber, for the purpose of explor- ing the development of a Community Museum in the city. REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY INFORMATION BOOTH AND DISPLAY - CARROUSEL OF ANAHEIM CULTURAL ARTS: It was announced by Mr. Fernald that as a part of the public information program and community involvement efforts, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency will staff a booth and display at the Carrousel of Anaheim Cultural Arts, be held at the Anaheim Convention Center April 29 through May 1, 1976. MINUTES: On motion by Commissioner Thom, seconded by Commissioner Seymour, minutes of the Community Development Commission Regular Meetings held April 13 and 20, 1976, were approved. Commissioners Kott and Roth abstained. MOTION CARRIED. ADJOURNMENT: There being no Redevelopment Agency or the Kaywood moved to adjourn. MOTION CARRIED.
