A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION, ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP -
MENT AGENCY, APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE EXCLUSIVE
RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY. (American Space Institute)
WHEREAS, the Community Development Commission
acting as the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, is responsible
for the implementation of Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
American Space Institute (ASI) would have the exclusive
right to negotiate for the development of a portion of
Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said
agreement are acceptable to the Community Development
Commission, acting as_the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by.the Community
Development Commission, acting as the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency, that the terms and conditions of said agreement
be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby., authorized and
directed to execute said agreement upon receipt of the
agreement executed by officials of American Space Institute,
said agreement to commence upon the date of execution by
the Chairman.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 23rd day of December , 1975.
