A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF AN AGREE-
MENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION THEREOF. (URBAN PROJECTS, INC.)
WHEREAS, Urban Projects, Inc., a California corporation,
(hereinafter referred to as "CONSULTANT "), has offered to provide
relocation consulting services; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Commission, acting
as the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, desires to retain the ser-
vices of CONSULTANT; and
WHEREAS, an agreement with CONSULTANT has been prepared,
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
`NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of an agreement with CONSULTANT to provide such consulting
services be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement by
and on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
