A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION, ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDI-
TIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is authorized
by Section 33443 of the Health and Safety Code to pay all or part
of the cost of the installation and construction of any building
facility, structure or improvement which is publicly- owned; and
WHEREAS, an agreement with the City of Anaheim has been
prepared whereby the City of Anaheim agrees to install certain
storm drain facilities and the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency agrees
to pay the costs thereof; and
WHEREAS, said storm drain facility is of benefit to Re-
development Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of that certain agreement with the City of Anaheim for con-
struction of storm drain facilities be, and are hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
of the Community Development Commission be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of December , 1975.
