A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY ADOPTING OBJECTIVE, CRITERIA AND
PROCEDURES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF.THE CALI-
FORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT OF 1970.
WHEREAS, Section 21082 of the Health and Safety Code
requires all public agencies to adopt objectives, criteria and
procedures for the evaluation of projects for purposes of the
Environmental Quality Act of 1970; and
WHEREAS, a document entitled "Objectives, Criteria,
and Procedures for Implementation of the California Environ-
mental Quality Act of 1970 and the Regulations of the California
Resources Agency " has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the objectives, criteria, and procedures
in said document are consistent with the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and the Guide-
lines adopted by the Secretary of the Resources Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community
Development Commission that the document entitled "Objectives,
Criteria, and Procedures for Implementation of the California
Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and the Regulations of the
California Resources Agency," a copy of which is attached hereto
and incorporated by reference herein, be, and it is hereby
adopted as the objectives, criteria and procedures for the
evaluation of projects by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency pur-
suant to Section 21082 of the Health and Safety Code.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
