A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION, ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY, APPROVING THE PREPARATION OF A
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY FOR RELOCATION ASSISTANCE.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need
of technical services with respect to relocation and housing in
connection with the implementation of the Redevelopment Plan for
Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority is able to
provide such technical assistance to the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms of
which are acceptable to the Community Development Commission,
acting as the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, whereby the Anaheim
Housing Authority would render such service to the Anaheim Rede-
velopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Community
Development Commission, acting as the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency, does hereby agree to the terms and conditions of that
certain agreement with the Anaheim Housing Authority for relo-
cation and housing services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim
