A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION, ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP -
MENT AGENCY, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH HARVEY MUDD
COLLEGE FOR CONSULTING SERVICES RELATING TO
A PROPOSED LAKE FOR PROJECT ALPHA.
WHEREAS, construction of an artificial lake may be
feasible and desirable in Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, a study is needed to determine the feasi-
bility of construction of such a lake; and
WHEREAS, Harvey Mudd College is capable of preparing
such a study; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are acceptable to the Agency, whereby
Harvey Mudd College will conduct such a study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community
Development Commission, acting as the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency, that the terms and conditions of the contract for con-
sulting services with Harvey Mudd College be, and they are
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secre-
tary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
