A _'SOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY AND THE ANAHEIM MOUSING AUTHORITY,
ESTABLISHING THE TIME AND DAY OF REGULAR
M EETINGS.
WHEREAS, the Community Development Commission, actin;
as the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and Anaheim Housing Authority,
has heretofore met in the regular meetings on the first and third
Tuesday of each month; and
WHEREAS, the By -Laws of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency and Anaheim Housing Authority provide for regular meetings
on the first and third Tuesday of each month; and
WHEREAS, the business of the Community Development
Commission, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and the Anaheim
Housing Authority has increased to the point where weekly regular
meetings are desirable and necessary to effectively administer
the activities of these public bodies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Community Devel-
opment Commission, acting as the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and
the Anaheim Housing Authority does hereby establish its regular
meeting time as each and every Tuesday of each month at 1 :00 P.M.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Section 501 of the By -Laws
of the :.'naheim Redevelopment Agency be, and it is hereby, amended
to read as follows:
Section 501. Re .ular Mee s__
Regular meetings shat e Fout notice in the
Council Chambers of the City (or any other place es-
tablished by Members of the Agency) on each and every
Tuesday of each month unless the same shall be a legal
holiday, in which event such regular meeting shall be
held on the next succeeding business day at the same
hour and location.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Section 501 of the Anaheim
Housing Authority be, and it is hereby, amended to read as follows:
Section 501.. Re ular Meetings
Regular meetings shall be held without notice in the
Council Chambers of the City (or any other place estab-
lished by Members of the Authority) on each and every
Tuesday of each month unless the same shall be a legal
holiday, in which event such regular meeting shall be
held on the next succeeding business day at the saute
hour and location.
