A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COM-
MISSION ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR CERTAIN
CONSULTING SERVICES.

WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, did by Agree-
ment dated June 10, 1975, enter into an Agreement with Claude H.
Pomeroy whereby Claude Pomeroy was to provide certain information
dissemination services; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement is to expire on September 10,
1975, unless extended by the parties thereto; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Anaheim Rede-
velopment Agency to extend the terms of said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Agreement has been prepared
which Amendment extends the terms and conditions of said Agreement
to December 10, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Develop-
ment Commission, acting as the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, that
the terms and conditions of the First Amendment to the Agreement
extending the terms of the Agreement to December 10, 1975, be, and
the same are, hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary of
the Community Development Commission are hereby authorized and di-
rected to execute said First Amendment to Agreement.
THE FOREGOING- RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
9th day of September 1975.
