A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECU-
TION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency proposes
to install certain drainage facilities in a portion of the
Canyon Industrial Area; and
WHEREAS, an agreement with the City of Anaheim to
accomplish said improvements has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the Anaheim Rede-
velopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency to enter such agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Rede-
velopment Agency that the terms and conditions of said agree-
ment are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secre-
tary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 17th day of June, 1975. A#
