A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF AN AGREEMENT
FOR CONSULTING SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION THEREOF (WILBUR SMITH & ASSOCIATES).
WHEREAS, Wilbur. Smith & Associates, a California
corporation,'(hereinafter referred to as "WSA ", has offered
to provide consulting services for the formulation of an
urban design plan for a portion of Redevelopment Project
Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency desires
to retain the services of WSA as a consultant in the
formulation of said urban design plan; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Commission has
recommended that WSA be retained to provide said consulting
services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement with Wilbur Smith &Associates to provide such
consulting services be, and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby authorized to execute said
agreement by and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
