ARA1974-020RESOLUTION NO. RA -20
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF AN AGREEMENT
FOR CONSULTING SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION THEREOF (MARSHALL, KAPLAN, GANS,
AND KAHN).
WHEREAS, Marshall, Kaplan, Gans, and Kahn, a partner-
ship (hereinafter referred to as "MKGK"), has offered to provide
consulting services for the formulation of an urban design plan
for a portion of Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency desires to
retain the services of MKGK as a in the formulation
of said urban design plan; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Commission has recommended
that MKGK be retained to provide said consulting services, and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the Anaheim Redevel-
opment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevel
opment Agency that the terms and conditions of an agreement with
Marshall, Kaplan, Gans, and Kahn to provide such consulting ser-
vices be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE- IT- FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement by
and on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
