A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF AN AGREEMENT
FOR CONSULTING SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION THEREOF (WALLACE, McHARG, ROBERTS
AND TODD) .
WHEREAS, Wallace, McHarg, Roberts and Todd, a
partnership, (hereinafter referred to as "WMRT "), has
offered to provide consulting services for the formulation
of an design plan for a portion of Redevelopment
Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency desires
to retain the services of WMRT as a consultant in the
formulation of said urban design plan; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Commission has
recommended that WMRT be retained to provide said consulting
services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency that the terms and conditions of an
agreement with Wallace, McHarg, Roberts and Todd to provide
such consulting services be, and the same are hereby,,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute
said agreement by and behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 24th day of December, 1974. A .
