A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY DIRECTING THAT A PUBLIC HEARING BE
SET TO CONSIDER AN OFFER TO PURCHASE CER-
TAIN REAL PROPERTY OF THE AGENCY.
(Philadelphia Gear Company)
WHEREAS, an offer to purchase certain Agency property
has been received; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required prior to the
sale of Agency property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Secretary be,
and she is hereby, authorized and directed to schedule a public
hearing for January 7, 1975, at 1:00 p.m. to consider said offer.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 24th day of December, 1974. /
