1411ERUAS,,the Anaheim Redevelopment A` -ency desires
to enta"e financial consultant to render advice and assistance
necessary for the plannin- and execution of redevelopment pro -
jects; and
WHEREAS, John F. Gray is cluali_fied to render such
services and desires to be employed for such purpose; and
G °HEREL:AS, a form of agreement has been submitted to
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency providing for the ser vices
and method of compensating; said John F. Gray as Financial Con-
sultant; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment A ency finds that
it would be in the best interests of the Agenc to enter into
said ag and that the same should be approved.

onment 1 gency that the terms and conditions of said a,-;ree; _ent
be, and they are hereb�T, approved.
BE IT -FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and the
Secretary of the Anaheim redevelopment Agency be, and they are
hereby, authorized to execute said a,-reement for and on behalf
of the Redevelopment Arrency of the Cite of Anaheim, California..
