A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE, A CON-
TRACT WITH WILLIAMSON AND SCHMID,
ENGINEERS.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment'Adency has
previously agreed to participate in the construction of
certain drainage facilities in the Northeast Industrial Area,
a portion of Project ALPHA; and
WHEREAS, engineering services are required for the
construction of said facilities; and
WHEREAS, Williamson and Schmid, engineers, have
previously Prepared many of the studies necessary for the
installation of said facilities as a result of a contract
with a third party; and
WHEREAS, Williamson and Schmid, engineers, have agreed
to perform the necessary engineering "services for the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agencv; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency to enter said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agencv that the terms and conditions of an agreement emPlovina
Williamson and Schmid, engineers, be and the same are hereby" _
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment by and on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
