A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEI1 REDEVELOPAZENT
AGENCY TTPROVING THE TEP24S AND CONDITIONS OF
AN AGREEMENT EMPLOYING THE FIR14 OF DEAN ?^TITTER
& CO., INC. TO PERFORPS THE SERVICES OF FISCAL
CONSULTANTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE FINANCING
OF THE CITY HALL, 1DARItiING FACILITIES AND
RELATED FACILITIES, AND AUTHORIZING THE CHy.AIR-
MAN AND THE SECRETARY OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREMMIENT ON BEHALF OF THE AGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency contemplates
the issuance of Agencv bonds for the development of a City Hall
complex; and
WHEREAS, advice and assistance of a fiscal consultant
is needed in the study, planning, and sale of said bonds; and
WHEREAS, Dean Witter & Co., Inc. have agreed to act
as fiscal consultants in connection with the City Hall financing;
and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the ' naheim Redevelop -
ment Aqencv; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency to enter said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Aqencv that the terms and conditions of an agreement employing
Dean Witter" & Co., Inc. be, and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment by and on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
