A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT
E14PLOYING THE LAW FIRM OF O' MELVENY & MYERS TO
PERFORM THE SERVICES OF BOND COUNSEL IN CONNEC-
TION OF THE FINANCING OF THE CITY HALL, PARKING
FACILITIES AND RELATED FACILITIES, AND AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN AND THE SECRETARY OF THE AGENCY TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE AGENCY.
WHEREAS, Anaheim Redevelopment Agency desires to
construct, finance and lease to the City of Anaheim a City Hall,
parking facilities, and related facilities as part of a
redevelopment project within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, in connection with such financing it is
necessary to employ bond counsel to prepare documents relating
to the bond issue necessary to finance said City Hall, parking
facilities and related facilities; and
WHEREAS, O'Melveny & Myers have offered to perform
such services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency that the terms and conditions of an Agree-
ment between the firm of O'Melveny & Myers and the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency employing O'Melveny & Myers as bond counsel
for the Agency be, and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
are hereby authorized to execute said Agreement of Employment
on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 6th day of August, 1

Redevelopment Agency, held on the 6th day of August, 1974, by the
following vote of the members thereof:

and Mr. Thom

ABSENT: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, approved and signed said Resolution on the
6th day of August, 1974.
