A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF THE LOAN OFFERED BY THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR TO REQUEST CERTAIN FUNDS BE PAID
TO THE AGENCY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim,
by Resolution No. 74R -10, directed that the sum of $25,146
be appropriated as a loan to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
( "Agency ") by the establishment of various terms and condi-
tions; and
WHEREAS, the .sums °in such fund may be paid to the
Agency subject to certain terms and conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Rede-
velopment Agency as follows:
1. The Agency hereby accepts the said $25,146 paid to
the Agency as a loan on the terms and conditions
set forth in City Council Resolution No. 74R -10.
2. The Ex- Director, or his designee, is hereby directed
to request the City Finance Director to pay said
funds from the Contingency Fund to the Redevelopment
Agency's Administrative Fund for expenditures pur-
suant to the City of Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
Agreement dated March 20, 1973.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 5th day Of February , 1974.
