A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF THE LOAN OFFERED BY THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND
DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO REQUEST
CERTAIN FUNDS BE PAID TO THE AGENCY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim directed
that the sum of $ 8,000.00 be appropriated as a loan to the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agenap "Agency ") by the establishment of
various terms and conditions; and
WHEREAS, the sums in such fund may be paid to the Agency
subject to certain terms and conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency as follows:
1. The Agency hereby accepts any sums paid to the
Agency as a loan from the City's Anaheim Rede-
velopment Agency Administrative Fund on the
terms and conditions set forth in City of
Anaheim /Anaheim Redevelopment Agency Agreement
( "Agreement ") dated March 20, , 1973.
2. The Executive Director, or his designee, is hereby
directed to request the City Finance Director to pay
$ 8,000.00 from the. General Fund to the Agency
for deposit in the Agency's Central Bank Account of
the Redevelopment Agency's Administrative Fund for
expenditures pursuant to the Agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
