RESOLUTION NO. R -A -3
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO.
URA -1 AND NO. URA -2, AND THE MINUTES OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, BY SUBSTITUTING THE
TERM "REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY" FOR THE TERM
"URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY."
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim d.id .
establish itself as the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Anaheim by Resolution No. 6966 adopted June 6, 1961; and
WHEREAS, such agency was inadvertently referred to in
Resolutions No. URA -1 and No. URA -2 of the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Anaheim as the Urban Renewal Agency; and
WHEREAS, in several references to said. agency in the
minutes of the Redevelopment Agency it has been referred to as
the Urban Renewal Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED by the redevelopment
Agency of the City of Anaheim that Resolutions No. URA -1 and
No. URA -2 be, and they are hereby amended by utilizing the term
" �ed_evelopment A envy ' of the City of Anaheim in place of the
term "Urban;enewal Agency," in all places where such latter
term is used in said resolutions.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all minutes of the Re-
development Agency, where the term "Urban Renewal Agency" is
used, are hereby amended by substitution of the term "Redevelop-
ment Agency of the City of Anaheim for the term "Urban Renewal
Agency."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of February, 1963.

lution on the 13th day of February, 1963.
