A RESOLUTION OF THE
ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING UNION BANK AS A
QUALIFIED MORTGAGE LENDER
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency ") has
adopted Resolution ARA 80 -45 adopting Rules and Regulations pursuant
to the Redevelopment Construction Loan Act (the "Act ") relating to
its Commercial Development Financing Program; and
WHEREAS, Section 33753(f) of the Act defines "qualified
mortgage lender" to include, among other qualified lenders, state
banks; and
WHEREAS, Union Bank is a California banking corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. Union Bank, a California banking corporation, is a qualified
mortgage lender for the purposes of the Agency's Commercial Development
Financing Program.
2. Section 2.03 Eligible Mortgage Lenders of the Rules and
Regulations is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The Agency, on its own initiative or upon request, may
distribute to mortgage lenders information concerning
the Program and any interested lender may submit
material sufficient for the Agency to determine its
qualifications to act as a qualified lender and servicer
under the Program. Any national banking association
or California banking corporation which complies with
all state and federal banking regulations is qualified
to act as a lender under the Program."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency this 13th day of January, 198

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. ARA81 -3 was passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency held on
the 13th day of January, 1981, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency signed said Resolution on the 13th day of January, 1981.
