ARA1981-015RESOLUTION NO. ARA 3 -15
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPOINTING A CITIZEN ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency "),
on May 5, 1981, adopted Resolution No. ARA 81 -10 which stated the
Agency's desire to establish a Historical Rehabilitation Financing
Program (the "Program ") under the Marks Historical Rehabilitation
Act of 1976, as amended (the "Act "), and
WHEREAS, Section 37628 of the Act .require that the Agency
provide maximum citizen participation in the Program and to that
end appoint a Citizen Advisory Board for the purpose of providing
recommendations to the Agency on the contents of the Program; and
WHEREAS, the Act requires that a resident or occupant
of properties which could be affected by the Program serve on the
Citizen Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency as follows:
1. The Anaheim Historic Preservation Review committee is
appointed as the Citizen Advisory Board for the Agency's Historical
Rehabilitation Financing Program.
2. Don Lee, a tenant in a building which might be affected
by the Program is named to serve on the Citizen Advisory Board.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 16th day of June, 1981.

adopted at a regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency held on
the 16th day of June, 1981, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: AGENCY MEMBER: None
ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: Roth
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency signed said Resolution on the 16th day of June, 1981.
