A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE MARKS HISTORICAL RE-
HABILITATION FINANCING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency "),
on May 5, 1981, adopted Resolution No. ARA 81 -10 stating its
intention to issue a tax - exempt note pursuant to the Marks
Historical Rehabilitation Act, Health and Safety Code Section
37600 et sec (the "Act "), to finance the rehabilitation of
structures found to be of architectural, historical or cultural
significance to the Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has had two public hearings on the Act,
as required by the Act; and
WHEREAS, the Act requires that the Agency adopt a historical
rehabilitation financing program (the "Program "), pursuant to
Section 37626 of the Act; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Historic Preservation Review Committee,
functioning as the Citizen Advisory Board to the Program has, on
June 25, 1981, approved the Program and recommended to the Agency
that it be adopted in the form presented.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency, that the Marks Historical Rehabilitation Financing Program
presented herewith, be and the same hereby is approved and adopted
as the Historical Rehabilitation Financing Program required by
said Act.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this nth day of July, 1981.
