A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ACCEPTING THE HIGHEST RESPECTIVE BIDS
FOR PURCHASE OF FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT, AND
DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE
BILLS OF SALE THERETO, ON BEHALF OF THE
ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has acquired
certain fixtures and equipment which are surplus to the needs
of the Agency; and
WHEREAS, a notice inviting bids for said fixtures and
equipment was duly published in the Anaheim Bulletin; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids have been submitted to the Agency
for purchase of said fixtures and equipment; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Agency does
hereby accept the bid submitted by the following purchaser
for the lot as described in advertisement for bids:
BIDDER
Century 21 Action Associates
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute bill of
sale to the fixtures and equipment included in said lot.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted

I, LINDA D. ROBERTS, Secretary of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution No. ARA81 -24 was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency held on the 18th day of
August, 1981, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Overholt, Kaywood, Bay, Roth and Seymour
NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
signed said Resolution on the 18th day of August, 1981.
