A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
RECEIVING THE PROPOSED THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA
AND AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL TO THE CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION AND THE PROJECT AREA COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the City
of Anaheim, pursuant to the California Community Redevelopment Law, has
prepared the proposed Third Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for
Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Third Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan
conforms to the requirements of the California Community Redevelopment
Law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency as follows:
1. The proposed Third Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for
Redevelopment Project Alpha is hereby received.
2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed
to transmit said proposed Third Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan to
the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim for its report and recom-
mendation as required by the California Community Redevelopment Law
(Health and Safety Code, Sections 33453 and 33458).
3. The Executive Director is further authorized and directed
to transmit said proposed Third Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan to
the Anaheim Redevelopment Project Alpha Project Area Committee for its
report and recommendation to the City Council thereon.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 3rd day of Noyes, 1981.
