A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL OF THE PROPOSED
THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA TO THE CITY COUNCIL,
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the City
of Anaheim, pursuant to the California Community Redevelopment Law,
has prepared the proposed Third Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan
for Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has received the proposed Third Amendment
to the Redevelopment Plan and has authorized' and directed the Executive
Director to transmit the proposed Third Amendment to the City Planning
Commission and the Project Area Committee for their respective reports
and recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency as follows:
The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed
to transmit the proposed Third Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for
Redevelopment Project Alpha to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 3rd day of November, 1981.
