A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING THE REPORT TO CITY COUNCIL ON THE PRO
"- POSED THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA, INCLUDING THE INITIAL
STUDY OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS THEREOF, AND AUTHOR-
IZING TRANSMITTAL OF SAID REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL,
THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AND THE PROJECT AREA
COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the City
of Anaheim, pursuant to the California Community Redevelopment Law,
has prepared the Report to City Council on the proposed Third Amendment
to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha, including
the Initial Study of environmental impacts thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission has by
resolution approved said Report and has transmitted said Report to
the Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency as follows:
1. The Report to City Council on the proposed Third Amendment
to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha, including
the Initial Study of environmental impacts thereof, is in conformity
with the California Community Redevelopment Law and is hereby approved.
2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed
to transmit said Report to the City Council, the City Planning Commission,
and the Anaheim Redevelopment Project Alpha Project Area Committee.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 3rd day of November, 1981. .
