THIRD AMENDMENT
REDEVELOPMENT P
MENT OF A DATE,
PUBLICATION AND
THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED
TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR
ROJECT ALPHA, AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISH -
TIME AND PLACE THEREFOR, AND AUTHORIZING
MAILING OF NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING.
WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment Law (Health
and Safety Code, Section 33458) authorizes a joint public hearing on
the proposed Third Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment
Project Alpha with the consent of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and
the City Council of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the City
of Anaheim is charged with performing the duties imposed by Section
33202 of the California Health and Safety Code; and
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission by resolution
has consented to a joint public hearing on the proposed Third Amendment
to the Redevelopment Plan and requested that the Redevelopment Agency
consent to such joint public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency as follows:
1. The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency hereby consents to a
joint public hearing on the proposed Third Amendment to the Redevelopment
Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha and further hereby requests that the
City Council of the .,City _of Anaheim consent to a joint public hearing
on the proposed Third Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan.. The
Executive Director of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is hereby
authorized to establish a date, time and place for such hearing.
2. The Executive Director shall, in cooperation with the City
Clerk, publish and mail notice of said joint public hearing at the time,
in the manner, and with the other documents as required and established
by law.
3. The Executive Director shall forthwith transmit a copy
of this resolution to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and dopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 3rd day of Nyve e , 1981.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. ARA81 -32 was
passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency held on the 3rd day of November, 1981, by the following vote

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
