A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has hereto-
fore developed certain real property as a building site; and
WHEREAS, certain property abutting said site is needed
for and has been improved as public streets; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to convey fee title to said
streets to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute a quitclaim deed conveying fee title to said property to
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 24th day of November, 1981.

Agency held on the 24th day of November, 1981, by the following vote

ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: Overholt and Seymour
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman Pro Tem of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency signed said Resolution on the 24th day of
November, 1981.
