A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ADOPTING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION
WHICH FINDS AND DETERMINES THAT THE PROPOSED
SALE AND REDEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED IN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA ALPHA
WILL HAVE NO SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON THE ENVIRON-
MENT AND THAT A SUBSEQUENT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
REPORT NEED NOT BE PREPARED; AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION AND RECORDATION OF A NOTICE OF
DETERMINATION.
WHEREAS, on November 2, 1976, the Community Redevelopment
Commission of the City of Anaheim (the "Commission ") together with
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency ") has certified that
the Final Subsequent Environmental Impact Report for the Second
Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha
was prepared and completed in accordance with the California
Envionmental Quality Act of 1970 ( "CEQA ") and State Guidelines and
Agency Procedures for the implementation thereof; and
WHEREAS, in order to implement the Redevelopment Plan,
as amended, the Agency proposes to enter into a Disposition and
Development Agreement with URO Investments, a general partnership
(the "Developer "), providing for the sale and development of cer-
tain real property (the "Site ") in the Project; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Agency's duly adopted
Procedures for the implementation of CEQA and the Guidelines of
the California Resources Agency, the Agency staff has prepared a
Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact ( "Negative
Declaration ") with respect to said proposed sale and redevelopment
of the Site; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has reviewed and considered the
findings set forth in said Negative Declaration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Agency hereby adopts the Negative Declaration with
respect to the proposed Disposition and Development Agreement be-
tween the Agency and URO Investments, a general partnership.
2. The Agency hereby finds and determines as follows:
A. The proposed action will have no significant effect
on the environment, except as identified and considered in the pre-
vious EIRs;

B. No substantial changes are proposed in the
Redevelopment Project, or with respect to the circumstances under
which the Project is to be undertaken, which will require major
revisions in the Environmental Impact Reports previously adopted
for the Project due to the involvement of new environmental impacts
not covered in said previous Environmental Impact Reports; and
or required.
C. No Subsequent or Supplement to EIR is necessary
3. The Chairman is hereby authorized to execute and
have recorded in the Recorder's Office of the County of Orange a
Notice of Determination.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 24th day of November, 1981.

passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency held on the 24th day of November, 1981, by the following vote

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman Pro Tem of the Anaheim
