ARA1980-001RESOLUTION NO. ARA 80 -1
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH OLIVER, STOEVER AND LASKIN
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN
AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need of
legal services for condemnation matters; and
WHEREAS, Oliver, Stoever and Laskin are able to provide
such legal services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 2nd day January
