A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING ROBERT G. LYONS TO ACT
FOR THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY IN
CONNECTION WITH SMALL CLAIMS ACTIONS.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency does find
and determine that it is necessary in the normal course of
business in the City of Anaheim to instigate, prosecute, and
consummate litigation involving small amounts, the jurisdiction of
which is vested in the Small Claims Court, being amounts of less
than $750.00; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed by the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency that Robert G. Lyons should be authorized to act in the
Agency's behalf in connection with small claims actions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency that Robert G. Lyons be, and the same is hereby,
authorized to commence, prosecute, and consummate small claims
litigation for, in behalf of, and in the name of the Agency, and
that he be authorized to file small claims petitions, to appear
at small claims hearings, to represent the Agency, and to file
satisfaction of judgment in small claims actions, and to do any
and all other things necessary and convenient in the processing
of small claims actions.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 22nd Oa3,,of January, 1980.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
