A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and the City
of Anaheim did enter the Master Cooperation Agreement for Construc-
tion and Installation of Public Improvements; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend said
Agreement to delete a project therefrom; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Agreement entitled "First
Amendment to Master Cooperation Agreement" (hereinafter "Agreement ")
has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are accept-
able to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 29th day of January, 1980.
