A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING A REVISED SCHEDULE OF RATES
OF COMPENSATION.
(Keyser Marston Associates, Inc.)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did, by Agreement
dated March 29, 1977 (Agreement), retain Keyser Marston Associates,
Inc, (Consultant); and
WHEREAS, Agreement contains a schedule of rates of com-
parison; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the rates of compensa-
tion in accordance with the provisions of Section E of the Agreement;
and
WHEREAS, Consultant has submitted a revised Compensation
Schedule (Exhibit A) which Exhibit is attached hereto and incorpora-
ted by reference herein; and
WHEREAS, the hourly rates set forth in Exhibit A are ac-
ceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the hourly rates set
forth in Exhibit A are hereby approved for work performed by
Consultant after the date of adoption of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 4th day of March , 1980.
