ARA1980-011RESOLUTION NO. ARA 80 -11
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has acquired
certain real property; and
WHEREAS, a portion of said real property has been devel-
oped as public streets pursuant to the Redevelopment Plan for
Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, a deed describing said real property has been
prepared; and
, WHEREAS, it is desirable to convey said real property to
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency that it does consent to the conveyance of the real
property to the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Corporate Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 1st day of April, 1980.
