A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING ROBERT G. LYONS TO ACT
FOR THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY IN
CONNECTION WITH SMALL CLAIMS ACTIONS
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency does find
and determine that it is necessary in the normal course of
business in the City of Anaheim to instigate, prosecute, defend,
settle, and consummate litigation in the Small Claims Court,
being amounts of less than $750.00; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed by the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency that Robert G. Lyons should be authorized to act in the
Agency's behalf in connection with small claims actions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency that Robert G. Lyons be, and the same is hereby,
authorized to commence, prosecute, defend, settle, and consummate
small claims litigation for, in behalf of, and in the name of the
Agency, and that he be authorized to file small claims petitions,
to appear at small claims hearings, to represent the Agency, and
to file satisfaction of judgement in small claims actions, and to
do any and all other things necessary and convenient in the
processing of small claims actions.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 10thday of June, 1980.

I, LINDA D. ROBERTS, Secretary of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. ARA80 -18 was passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency held on
the 10th day of June, 1980, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency signed said Resolution on the 10th day of June, 1980.
