A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN
HISTORIC MOMENTOS TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has acquired
the following historic momentos and personal property, to wit:
Four chandeliers, various samples, tile and plastic
Two paper holders with blades
One money changer
Three seats
Six wall fixtures
One exit sign
One gold capitol
Four foot moulded facade
Two mail boxes
One front stair banister
One urn from top corner of building
Four boxes of records
Two 35 mm projectors
One reelwinder
Two reels
Eight theatre seats
Three display cases
One display case
One National Cash Register
Two carpet sweepers
One oak rocker
One Pepsi machine
(hereinafter "Momentos ") during its acquisition of property; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has no present or prospective need
for Momentos; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is willing to use Momentos
in a museum located within Redevelopment Project Alpha, thereby
enhancing said Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency that it does hereby approve the transfer of "Momentos"
to the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 9th day of September, 1980.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. ARA80 -29 was passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency held on
the 9th day of September, 1980, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Kaywood, Bay, Roth and Overholt
NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: Seymour
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman Pro Tem of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency signed said Resolution on the 9th day of September, 1980.
