A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEI7 REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ADOPTING A COMPREHENSIVE
RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION FINANCING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Marks- Fora.n Residential Rehabilitation
Act of 1973 (Section 37910 et sea. Health and Safety Code)
authorizes local agencies, including redevelopment agencies,
to undertake residential rehabilitation activities; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency desires
to undertake residential rehabilitation activities pursuant
to the Act.
NOUr, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Members of the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Anaheim, California., that that
certain Comprehensive Residential Rehabilitation Financing
Program, a, copy of which, marked Exhibit A, consisting of eight
(8) pages, is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and is
hereby approved for all purposes of the Marks -Foran
Residential Rehabilitation Program of this Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency the 16th day of September, 1980.
