A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY SETTING A HEARING CONCERNING THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BOUNDARIES OF RESIDEN-
TIAL REHABILITATION AREA(S), ADOPTION OF
RULES AND REGULATIONS AND CERTAIN OTHER
MATTERS RELATING TO THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has heretofore
approved a comprehensive residential rehabilitation financing pro-
gram to be undertaken pursuant to the Marks -Foran Residential
Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency as follows:
a. Tuesday, October 14, 1980, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., in
the regular meeting place of this Agency, 200 South Anaheim Boule-
vard, Anaheim, California, is hereby set as the time and place when
and where this Agency will consider the adoption of boundaries of
the Agency's residential rehabilitation area as said boundaries are
set forth in a map thereof on file in the office of the Secretary
of this Agency together with a plan for public improvements for
said area, rules and regulations implementing the residential rehab-
ilitation program of the Agency and certain other matters relating
to said program.
b. Notice of said hearing should be given by publication of
notice thereof once a week for two (2) weeks in a newspaper of gen-
eral circulation in the proposed residential rehabilitation area,
the first of such publications to be at least fourteen (14) days
prior to said hearing, and by posting notice thereof in three (3)
prominent places within the proposed boundaries of said residential
rehabilitation area, which posting shall be completed at least four-
teen (14) days prior to said hearing.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 23rd day of September, 1980.
