ARA1980-033RESOLUTION NO. ARA80 -33
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING A REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT
WITH THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, Section 33445 of the Health and Safety Code
permits a redevelopment agency to reimburse a community for cer-
tain public improvements paid for initially by the community; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby the
Agency agrees to reimburse the City of Anaheim for the cost of
certain modifications to the City's Senior Citizens' Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby approve the terms and conditions
of said Agreement; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency does find and determine that:
(a) The modifications to the Senior Citizens Center are of
benefit to Redevelopment Project Alpha and to the immediate neigh-
borhood in which Project Alpha is located.
(b) There are no other reasonable means of financing the modi-
fications to the Senior Citizens' Center available to the City of
Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 23rd day of September, 1980.

adopted at a regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency held on
the 23rd day of September, 1980, by the following vote of the members

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency signed said Resolution on the 23rd day of September, 1980.
