A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE SALE OF CERTAIN AGENCY -
OWNED PERSONAL PROPERTY TO THE ORANGE COUNTY
CHAPTER, AMERICAN NATIONAL RED CROSS.
WHEREAS, THE Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is the owner
of certain personal property which is surplus to the needs of the
Agency; and
WHEREAS, the American National Red Cross, Orange County
Chapter, offered to purchase such property from the Agency; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Agency to
sell said property to the Red Cross; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency that an agreement with the American National Red Cross,
Orange County Chapter, for the sale of certain fixtures and equip-
ment be, and it is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Agency Counsel prepare
certain legal documents for the sale.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director of
Agency be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute contract of
sale.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 14th day of f3cQober, 1980.

ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency signed said Resolution on the 14th day of October, 1980.
