A RESOLUTION SELECTING RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION
AREA AND DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF, ADOPTING
RULES AND REGULATIONS AND PLAN FOR PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENTS, AND MAKING CERTAIN COMMITMENTS
RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Anaheim, California, as follows:
1. The Agency hereby finds and determines, with respect
to said area, that:
(a) There are a substantial number of deteriorating
structures in the area which do not conform to community
standards for decent, safe, sanitary housing.
(b) Financial assistance from the Agency for resi-
dential rehabilitation is necessary to arrest the
deterioration of said area.
(c) Financing of residential rehabilitation in
said area is economically feasible.
2. For the purpose of the Agency's Marks -Foran Compre-
hensive Residential Rehabilitation Financing Program the Agency
hereby selects as the residential rehabilitation area that area
of the City of Anaheim the boundaries of which are more particularly
shown in a map thereof in the Office of the Secretary; said map is
by this reference made a part hereof and incorporated herein.
3. The Rules and Regulations for the implementation
of the Program, on file in the Office of the Secretary, are hereby
approved and adopted.
4. The Plan for Public Improvements necessary to
successful rehabilitation of the residential rehabilitation area,
on file in the Office of the Secretary, is hereby approved and adopted.
5. The Agency hereby expresses a commitment that, subject
to budgetary and fiscal limitations of the Agency, rehabilitation
standards will be enforced in 95% of the residences in the
residential rehabilitation area.
6. The Agency hereby expresses a commitment that, subject
to budgetary and fiscal limitations of the Agency, the Plan for
Public Improvements will be carried out.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency the 14th day of
October, 1980.
