A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ADOPTING RULES AND REGULATIONS
RELATING TO ITS COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
FINANCING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency (the
"Agency ") has adopted Resolution No. ARA80 -16 stating its
intention to issue a tax - exempt note for One Ninety -Eight
Associates (the "Project ") pursuant to Chapter 8 (commencing
with Section 33750) of Part 1, Division 24 of the California
Health and Safety Code (the "Act "); and
WHEREAS, the Agency further adopted Resolution
No. ARA80- making certain findings that the Project was
an integral part of a residential neighborhood, as required
by the Act; and
WHEREAS, the Agency desires to clarify certain of
said findings; and
WHEREAS, the Act also requires that the Agency
adopt a set of rules and regulations implementing its powers
under the Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the attached set of "Rules and Regulations of the
City of Anaheim Redevelopment Agency Relating to its Commercial
Development Financing Program" dated December 16 , 1980, is
hereby approved and adopted.
2. That the Chairman is authorized and directed to execute
said Rules and Regulations.
3. That the Project is found by the Agency to constitute
a "residence" within the meaning of that term in the Act.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 16th day ofj ?pcember, 1980.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency signed said Resolution on the 16th day of December, 1980.
